Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

  • Must be willing to travel locally for mediations, depositions, and court appearances.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in South Carolina.

Certifications

  • South Carolina Bar admission is in good standing.
