Duties:

• Meet with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs.
• Develop strategies to resolve cases in a favorable manner.
• Educate clients about their legal options, potential outcomes, and risks.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting personal injury cases.
• Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Prepare legal documents such as depositions, pleadings, and contracts accurately and within deadlines.
• Assist clients in executing agreements and ensuring proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Professionalism and a strong focus on client service and representation.
• Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the State of Florida (required).
