  • Draft effective legal documents, including demands, motions, and briefs.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and resolve lienholder/subrogation interests post-settlement or trial.
  • Communicate empathetically and effectively with clients, providing them with updates and guidance throughout their cases.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to ensure thorough preparation for trials and mediations.
  • Maintain organized case files and adhere to deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Texas Bar.
  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred).
  • 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong interest in litigation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a legal team.
  • Superior research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education:
