  • Utilize knowledge of OSHA regulations, if applicable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Admission to the Kentucky Bar: Admission to the Indiana Bar is advantageous.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Kentucky Bar; Indiana admission is a plus.
