Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience. Duties:

• Run cases from beginning to end, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of employment litigation processes.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Prepare and argue motions before the court.
• Conduct and defend depositions effectively.
• Utilize knowledge of OSHA regulations, if applicable.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Admission to the Kentucky Bar: Admission to the Indiana Bar is advantageous.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Kentucky Bar; Indiana admission is a plus.
