Attorney - Civil Litigation / Transactional Practice

Duties

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to strategize case management and client representation.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Montana.
• Experience in business, real estate, construction, or insurance law is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise legal documents.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
