The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience handling copyright matters, particularly those involving technology and media clients. This role involves providing strategic counsel and representing clients in high-profile copyright litigation, including cases related to generative AI technology.

Duties

• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in the technology and media industries on copyright issues.
• Litigate complex copyright matters, including high-profile infringement cases and disputes.
• Represent clients in cutting-edge cases involving generative AI technology and other emerging copyright challenges.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple offices to develop litigation strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive and proprietary information as required by client and firm policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in copyright law, with a strong focus on litigation.
• Background in handling copyright matters for technology, media, or entertainment clients is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage complex cases involving emerging technologies and novel copyright issues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Bar for the jurisdiction of the specific office location.
