Job Overview: A law firm seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Attorney to join its team in San Antonio, TX, with a hybrid work option. This role focuses on providing legal support in cybersecurity, data breach response, and cyber-related litigation. Duties:

• Support clients in cyber-related administrative investigations and litigation.
• Draft and review legal documentation, including breach response reports and compliance-related materials.
• Offer assistance to other practice areas as needed, particularly in civil litigation and administrative law.
• Represent clients in proceedings before judges, arbitrators, or administrative panels, as applicable.
• Be available to respond to urgent situations that may arise during evenings or weekends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, breach response, or related litigation.
• Active license to practice law in Texas (Required).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Advocacy experience before legal or administrative panels is an asset.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
