Duties:

  • Advise clients on corporate governance, strategic planning, and transactional matters.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex legal and business challenges.
  • Lead and participate in client discussions, providing strategic insights and legal expertise.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and best practices in transactional law.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex deals in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach to client service and team collaboration.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in New York or eligible for prompt admission to the New York Bar.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
