Duties:

  • Negotiate, structure, and document debt finance transactions.
  • Represent private equity sponsors or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on corporate debt finance matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to debt finance transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and other financing documents.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate debt finance.
  • Familiarity with negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions.
  • Experience representing private equity sponsors or lenders preferred.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Am Law 100 law firm experience.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
