Duties

  • Assist in pre-trial preparation, including witness preparation and deposition handling.
  • Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all deadlines and client communications are met.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to discuss case developments and formulate legal strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated self-starter with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with senior attorneys.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Bar membership in the state of Texas.
