The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and have substantial experience in representing clients on various insurance coverage matters.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis for litigation cases.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other key legal documents.
• Represent clients at court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage and organize a diverse and complex caseload.
• Collaborate with partners on intricate litigation issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judges, mediators, and other involved parties.
• Participate in case planning and strategic discussions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with a strong academic background.
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, particularly in insurance coverage disputes.

Education:

Certifications:

• Admission to the Missouri State Bar.
