Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in complex business litigation, primarily in Pennsylvania courts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of litigation, from research and pleadings to depositions and court appearances.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex business litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage written discovery and document production processes.
• Conduct and defend depositions of witnesses.
• Attend court conferences, hearings, and trials as required.
• Assist in large-scale document reviews and case management.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex business litigation.
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania; New Jersey admission is preferred.
• Strong academic background with a JD from an accredited law school.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Trial experience is highly desirable.
