Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate trademark-related agreements, such as licenses and settlements.
• Develop and execute enforcement strategies to protect clients' trademark rights.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in trademark law.
• Proven expertise in trademark prosecution, clearance, and enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and foreign trademark laws and procedures.
• Exceptional legal writing and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex trademark matters independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with a State Bar, preferably California.
