  • Monitor industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Represent clients in correspondence with the USPTO and other relevant patent authorities.
  • Provide support for patent litigation and enforcement actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with patent prosecution and intellectual property law.
  • Strong persuasive communication abilities for adequate client interaction and USPTO correspondence.
  • In-depth understanding of chemical engineering principles and patent processes.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a closely related field is required.

Certifications:

  • USPTO Registration is required.
