Job Overview

Duties

  • Conduct due diligence in corporate transactions
  • Perform legal research and analysis
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents

  • Collaborate with clients to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Manage key components of diverse corporate matters, ensuring compliance with legal regulations

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant corporate and transactional experience
  • Proven track record of managing corporate matters such as mergers, joint ventures, and governance issues

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Connecticut Bar (NJ Bar admission also acceptable)
