Litigation Family Law Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Bedford, NH, seeks a skilled Litigation Family Law Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing family law cases from inception to resolution while providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end, ensuring all deadlines are met and clients are informed of case progress.
• Provide superior customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make recommendations for improvements to practice managers to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, with specific experience in family law.
• 1st chair family law experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan.
