Tax Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Tax Attorney to join its esteemed practice in Devon, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in business transactional matters and tax law.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel on business transactional matters and tax-related issues.
• Draft and review transactional and organizational agreements with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis of federal and Pennsylvania tax laws about pass-through entities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic environment to develop strategic solutions for clients.
• Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings as necessary.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; an LLM in tax law is a plus.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in business transactional law and tax law.
• Strong oral communication and writing skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
• Additional qualifications such as an LLM in tax law are preferred.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
