Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
  • 0-3 years of experience in family law, including handling cases involving divorce, child custody, domestic violence, and related issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Texas Family Law statutes and legal precedents.
  • Proven ability to represent clients effectively in court as the first chair.
  • Demonstrated compassion and a strong desire to assist clients in challenging situations.
  • Excellent mentoring and team coaching abilities, focusing on developing junior attorneys and staff.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
