Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients as the first chair in court proceedings, including trials, mediation sessions, and depositions.
• Draft, review, and file necessary legal documents, such as petitions, motions, and agreements.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
