Location:

Duties:

• Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial preparation, and brief writing.
• Assist in managing complex mass torts, insurance, and consumer litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Engage in client communication and provide legal counsel on case progress and developments.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Should have 2-5 years of experience. 
• General litigation experience, particularly in discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation.
• High level of academic achievement and solid experience in a law firm setting.
• Exposure to complex case management is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law.
