Duties:

  • Assist in drafting legal documents, including briefs, motions, and appellate filings.
  • Conduct legal research on complex issues related to federal appellate practice.
  • Prepare summaries of case law, statutes, and regulations for briefs and arguments.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
  • At least 3 years of experience in big law litigation.
  • Familiarity with federal appellate practice and procedures.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Education:
