Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Virginia or West Virginia Bar and eligibility to waive in other jurisdictions.
  • Proven experience with trial work and personal injury litigation.
  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills with a successful track record in managing personal injury cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
