The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. They must possess excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Duties:

• Lead due diligence teams and manage specialists during mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Draft transaction documents including agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.
