This role involves managing insurance recovery cases, providing strategic legal advice, and representing clients in various legal proceedings.

Duties:

  • Manage complex insurance coverage litigation and counseling matters on behalf of policyholders.
  • Provide expert legal advice on insurance recovery strategies, policy interpretations, and related issues.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client counsel.
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop and implement effective legal solutions.
  • Stay informed about legal developments and industry trends affecting insurance recovery.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance coverage and recovery matters.

  • Strong understanding of insurance policies and relevant legal issues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
