Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in New York City, NY, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their high-profile litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex litigation, including proficiency in legal research, brief-writing, document production, and discovery. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a professional demeanor.

Duties:

• Manage complex litigation cases, including legal research and drafting of legal briefs.
• Oversee document production and handle discovery processes.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with colleagues and clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and other legal settings as necessary.
• Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities effectively.
• Maintain organized case files with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in complex litigation.
• JD or LLM degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to or eligibility for admission in Massachusetts or New York.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:
