A highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced and strategic Partner-Level Attorney to lead its First and Third-Party Property Insurance Litigation practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned litigator with a strong background in insurance defense who is ready to manage complex litigation matters, mentor a team of attorneys, and drive business development efforts in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Duties

• Manage and oversee a broad caseload of first- and third-party property insurance litigation matters

• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to meet client objectives

• Represent clients in court, at mediations, depositions, and during negotiations

• Provide mentorship, supervision, and performance feedback to associate attorneys and staff

• Maintain and grow client relationships through exceptional legal service and communication

• Monitor evolving legal trends and developments impacting property insurance litigation

• Participate in firm leadership initiatives and practice group strategy sessions

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in first- and third-party property insurance litigation

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage attorneys and support teams

• Demonstrated ability to independently handle complex litigation matters from inception to resolution

• Business development acumen and an established client service record

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license and in good standing with the Florida Bar
