Job Overview:
A well-established litigation firm based in Knoxville, Tennessee is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–8 years of experience. Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in litigation matters, including depositions, hearings, and trials

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents

  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

  • Manage case files from intake through resolution

  • Attend court proceedings and client meetings as needed

  • Participate in settlement negotiations and pre-trial preparation

  • Travel as required for casework, including depositions and court appearances

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of litigation experience

  • Deposition and courtroom experience strongly preferred

  • Willingness and ability to travel for case needs

  • Strong litigation instincts and client advocacy skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Tennessee State Bar (required)
