Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as required.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on a wide range of legal issues.
• Stay updated on relevant changes in laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure case success.
• Manage and maintain case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar (required).
• Proven experience in personal injury law, premises liability, and insurance defense.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in legal research using tools such as Westlaw.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida (required).
