Duties:

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage a caseload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, field associates, and other professionals.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative setting.

  • Ability to work on the phone for extended periods, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Georgia Bar and eligibility to practice law in Florida.

Certifications:

  • Must be a licensed attorney in Georgia with eligibility to practice in Florida.
  • Admission to practice before the state and federal courts is required.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of workers’ compensation law, medical terminology, and insurance procedures.
