Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Minneapolis. Duties:

• Represent clients in business litigation matters, including insurance, ERISA, and consumer financial services cases.
• Manage complex legal issues related to life, health, disability insurance, and ERISA litigation.
• Assist with cases involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), FCRA, TCPA, and mortgage servicing.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Participate in business development activities and client relationship management.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and teams to develop case strategies.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota with active standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience with insurance, ERISA, and consumer financial services litigation is highly preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional development.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Minnesota Bar.

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Location:

• Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid work option available).
