Duties

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury cases
  • Proficiency in motions briefing, depositions, court argument, and trial or arbitration proceedings
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex litigation tasks
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for teamwork within a legal setting

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado
