Job Overview: A prominent law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate practice. Duties:

  • Represent clients in landlord/tenant disputes, managing cases from start to finish.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  • Occasionally teach and present legal concepts to the public.

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney in Washington State (candidates awaiting bar results with relevant experience may be considered).
  • 0-5 years of experience in landlord/tenant law or real estate law (preferred).
  • Strong research, writing, organizational, and case management skills.
  • Confident in courtroom settings and client interactions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
