Job Overview: A law firm in New York City, NY, is seeking a highly qualified Mid-Level to Senior IP Litigation Associate Attorney with a strong background in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or life sciences to join their team. Duties:

• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation cases, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide legal analysis.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies, including case preparation, discovery, and trial.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
• Participate in case management and client development activities.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or graduate background in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or life sciences (e.g., molecular biology or chemistry).
• Admitted to the New York State Bar or eligible for admission.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant intellectual property litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
