• Conduct thorough legal research on Social Security Disability matters
• Represent clients in Social Security Disability hearings
• Prepare clients for hearings
• Maintain accurate records of all case-related documents and communications
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients' interests

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in any state
• Proven experience in legal research and writing
• Familiarity with legal administrative tasks is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
