Duties

  • Represent clients in a variety of financing arrangements, including subscription credit facilities, NAV-based facilities, and hybrid facilities.
  • Conduct due diligence and provide legal analysis related to fund finance transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in finance and banking laws and regulations.
  • Provide clear and effective communication to clients regarding legal strategies and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of relevant finance experience in a law firm setting.
  • Strong foundation in finance law, including familiarity with fund finance structures.
  • Exceptional research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in CA.
