PIP/SIU Associate Attorney

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• 1-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on PIP and SIU cases
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage a high caseload and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar
