Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
• Develop and execute effective legal strategies
• Draft legal documents, including motions, complaints, and pleadings
• Communicate legal concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Handle courtroom appearances and legal proceedings, including contested hearings and trials

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or relevant legal setting
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
• Ability to handle courtroom appearances and trials
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
