Duties

• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and memoranda

• Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal support staff

• Maintain consistent client communication and manage caseload independently

• Contribute to case strategy and legal research

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in the representation of public safety personnel

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small-firm setting

• Personable, professional demeanor and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced legal environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado, or ability to obtain licensure promptly
