Job Overview
A law firm is seeking a Regulatory Investigations, Strategy, and Enforcement Associate Attorney to focus on state and federal regulatory litigation, including spinoff consumer class litigation and administrative litigation. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience, exceptional analytical abilities, and a commitment to providing top-notch legal services.

Duties

  • Represent clients in federal and state regulatory litigation.
  • Handle matters involving litigation with federal regulatory agencies and state Attorneys General.
  • Conduct Administrative Procedure Act challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategic legal approaches.
  • Prepare legal documents, briefs, and memoranda.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.
  • Participate in hearings and depositions.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in regulatory law.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the NC Bar.
  • Strong knowledge of federal court practices.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in North Carolina.
