Duties:

• Client Interaction: Build strong client relationships, offering legal advice that aligns with client's business goals.
• Document Management: Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring they meet accuracy standards and comply with regulations.
• Legal Research: Stay updated on construction law, industry regulations, and trends to provide sound legal advice.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably within construction law or related fields.
• Strong academic background with exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in Kentucky, or eligibility to waive in.

Certifications:
