Duties:

  • Develop and implement patent prosecution strategies in collaboration with clients.
  • Perform due diligence and analyze patents and patent portfolios.
  • Collaborate with inventors and clients to understand technical details and draft accurate patent claims.
  • Monitor and report on the status of pending patent applications and manage deadlines.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide updates on patent prosecution progress.
  • Stay current with legal and technical developments in intellectual property law and technology.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in patent prosecution.
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or computer sciences.
  • Strong academic record with demonstrated legal and technical skills.
  • Admittance to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, commitment, and ability to advance within the firm.

Education:
