Job Overview:

A well-established and progressive law firm is seeking a motivated Wills, Trusts & Estates attorney to join a growing elder law department. Duties:

  • Advise clients on matters related to Elder Law, Trusts, and Estates.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and advanced directives.
  • Conduct estate planning consultations, both virtually and in person.
  • Develop estate plans tailored to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Wills & Estate law.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Knowledge of Wills & Estate laws and legal precedents.
  • Ability to synthesize client information and provide sound legal advice.
  • Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a small case load.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Expertise in Wills, Trusts, and Estate planning.
  • Strong legal drafting skills for estate-related documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle client interactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
