A law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collegial, dynamic, and collaborative environment, providing regulatory and compliance support in corporate transactions and capital markets matters. Experience in representing pharmaceutical, biologic, medtech, and diagnostics companies and a working knowledge of these industries is highly desirable.

Duties:

  • Provide regulatory and compliance support in corporate transactions and capital markets matters.
  • Represent pharmaceutical, biologic, medtech, and diagnostics companies (and their investors) on development and commercialization matters.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers on various legal matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
  • Relevant Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
  • Experience working at the FDA or in industry is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Relevant Bar admission.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn from senior lawyers.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters in the pharmaceutical, biologic, medtech, and diagnostics industries.
