Associate Attorney needed for Tulsa office

A law firm in Tulsa is seeking an Associate Attorney to work closely with the supervising attorney, specializing in deportation defense, USCIS interviews, and BIA and federal appeals. Fluency in Spanish is a requirement for this role.

Duties:

Collaborate closely with the supervising attorney to represent clients in deportation defense, USCIS interviews, and BIA and federal appeals.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of Oklahoma or eligibility for admission.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervising attorneys and other team members.
• Knowledge of immigration law, deportation defense, USCIS procedures, and BIA and federal appeals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
