Job Overview:

  • Provide legal support and guidance to clients in Personal Injury Law cases
  • Strategize on resolving clients' cases favorably
  • Prepare legal documents accurately and promptly
  • Build trustworthy relationships with clients

Duties:

  • Advise clients on appropriate behavior and legal options
  • Meet with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs
  • Find ethical solutions to legal matters
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Stay informed about current legislation
  • Prepare legal documents such as dispositions, pleadings, and contracts
  • Assist clients with the execution of agreements
  • Prioritize client customer service and representation

Requirements:

  • JD required
  • Barred in TN State
  • 2-4 years of experience in Personal Injury Law
  • Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual/Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Experience with Auto Accident and Premises Liability Cases required
