Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, is preferred.

  • Active registration with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office).
