  • Support the firm’s work in affordable housing and bankruptcy restructuring.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough research and provide detailed written analyses and reports.
  • Contribute to the team’s efforts to achieve client goals and maintain high standards of legal practice.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from a fully accredited U.S. law school.
  • Excellent academic record preferred.
  • Admitted to practice in Nebraska with an active Bar license in good standing or ability to obtain a Nebraska Bar license within one year.
  • Strong interest in complex business, real estate, and finance transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and maintain high attention to detail.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from a fully accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Nebraska Bar or obtaining within one year.
