Labor and Employment Attorney

A law firm in Berwyn is actively seeking a skilled Labor and Employment Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in employment litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a background in defending employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation cases, and ERISA litigation. The successful candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, substantial experience in defending employment actions in agencies and court, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Duties:

• Defend employers in single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
• Handle ERISA litigation matters.
• Provide legal counsel on labor and employment issues.
• Represent clients in employment-related actions in agencies and court.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the U.S.
• 3-6 years of experience in employment litigation matters.
• Excellent academic background.

Experience:

• Background in defending employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation cases, and ERISA litigation.
• Substantial experience defending employment actions in agencies and court.

Licenses:

• Must be licensed in the U.S.
• Preference given to licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and/or New York.
