Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

Christchurch office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a commercial property solicitor / chartered legal executive with experience. The candidate should be a qualified Solicitor / FCILEx.

The candidate should have excellent organisational skills. Must be able to convey information accurately and articulately, both verbally and in writing. Being able to motivate oneself to meet/exceed targets is required. Able to work independently and manage a caseload is needed. Should be able to structure own workload, making the best use of resources and time. Returns client's call needed. Should aim to sell Firms on service and values (rather than price alone) and follow up on viable inquiries. Marketing and networking skills plus. The ability to negotiate and influence is desired. Should preferably have communicated effectively at all levels. The ability to adapt and respond to changes is helpful. Anticipates client's future needs, sees opportunities for other teams and makes suitable introductions is preferred. The ability to meet new clients and win new business is a plus.
