Duties:

• Provide clients with expert legal counsel and draft case-related legal documents.
• Represent clients in pretrial hearings, advising them on optimal strategies following each appearance.
• Manage all aspects of court proceedings, including trials, drafting motions, witness interviews, and legal research.
• Evaluate probable case outcomes through detailed knowledge of legal precedents.
• Supervise and prioritize a caseload, ensuring efficient case management.
• Conduct thorough legal analyses to identify case advantages for clients.
• Gather and compile additional evidence to support clients' cases or counter-prosecution arguments.
• Prepare clients for depositions, establish clear case strategy goals, and obtain statements from relevant witnesses and experts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Criminal Defense.
• Proven expertise in managing complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.
• Collaborative attitude with a strong team-oriented approach.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar admission and good standing in California.

Certifications:

• California State Bar license in good standing.
