Associate Attorney needed for Long Beach office

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop strategies for civil litigation matters
• Draft and review legal documents, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Represent clients in all court proceedings from case inception to appeal
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other staff members
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and trends affecting clients
• Handle transactional matters such as business formations, general counseling, and trademark applications
• Focus on law enforcement defense (optional but a plus)

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to exceptional client service

Education:
